Booking Assistant

About this position

As a Master Travel Booking Assistant, you support trip planning from start to finish. You will be assisting Michelle Orr, CEO & Luxury Travel Advisor, with every detail of the trip planing from the proposal until the client returns from their journey.

This is a remote position. You can work from anywhere!

This position averages 20 hours per week to be worked during our core business hours, M-F 10-5:30 EST.

At Master Travel, we use Asana for project management and communication, Safari Portal for our CRM, Itineraries, Invoicing, client communication, and more. We use google drive, excel, adobe PDF, and word.
Strong computer proficiency across multiple platforms and tools.
Self starter with a proactive learning style.
Quick learner who adapts to new systems fast.
Comfortable working in a team environment.
Skilled problem solver.
High attention to detail.
Strong time management and organization.
Able to research answers independently before escalating questions.
Software skills you should have:
Google Drive
Google Maps
Excel
Adobe PDF
** We use a properitary CRM and Itinerary building software and will teach you how to use, but you need to be a quick learner!

All work that is executed is in conjunction with the Travel Advisor, Michelle Orr.
TRIP MANAGEMENT
Full trip proposal management including building, reviewing and archiving.
Build dining guides and reserve dining
Create shopping maps and targeted recommendations.
Gather current spa menus and reserve spa appointments.
Handle concierge requests such as tours and experiences.
Review all final paperwork using ChatGPT for accuracy.
Reconfirm every reservation before travel.
Email hotel partners before client arrival with key notes.
Book flights.
Check flight status before departure.
Manage all trip communication including emails and calls.
Verify all passports.
Offer travel insurance and collect waiver if declined
OPERATIONS
Create trip invoices.
Log commissions in the tracking spreadsheet.
Maintain our client list
Alert clients of expiring passports
New Trip Onboarding

This position pays $22-28 per hour. depending on skills and experience.

You will submit an invoice to be paid every two weeks. We pay thru ACH, direct deposit to your bank account.
