Concierge Guide Specialist

Master Travel is a luxury boutique travel agency. Our clients are high net worth individuals who expect the highest level of service at every step- not just in their travel, but in their travel planning! We are a warm, professional team that takes pride in delivering outstanding service. You will help create detailed, thoughtful dining, shopping, and spa guides in our software, and keep them updated on an as-needed basis.

The ideal candidate understands the tastes of a luxury client. You should be tech savvy, enjoy detail oriented tasks, collaborate and work well in a group environment, have excellent written communication, and enjoy building luxury travel experiences.

About this position

  • When our clients travel to major destinations, we provide them with a shopping guide, spa menu (if applicable), and a dining guide. As a Master Travel Concierge Guide Specialist you will curate these guides and enter them into our user-friendly software.

    You are also resposible for making sure the guides are current for each trip.

  • This is a remote position. You can work from anywhere!

  • This position is on an as needed basis,. You will receive assignments and due dates thru our asana software.

  • At Master Travel, we use Asana for project management and communication and Safari Portal for our content creation. We use google maps for our shopping guides.

    • Strong computer proficiency across multiple platforms and tools.

    • Self starter with a proactive learning style.

    • Quick learner who adapts to new systems fast.

    • Comfortable working in a team environment.

    • Skilled researcher and writer.

    • High attention to detail.

    • Strong time management and organization.

    • Able to research answers independently before escalating questions.

    • We use a properitary CRM and Itinerary building software and will teach you how to use, but you need to be a quick learner!

  • All work that is executed is in conjunction with the Travel Advisor, Michelle Orr.

    DIning Guides

    • You will use our templates and research dining in the destinations where our clients are traveling.

    • During the trip planning process, you will make ensure that our guide is current and up to date with the latest and bvest dining options and experiences.

    Spa Menus

    • You will get the most current spa menu from the destinations where our clients are traveling.

    • You will enter the menu into our software.

    • You will make sure our existing guides are current

    Shopping

    • You will create shoping guides with hidden gems for the destinations where our clients are traveling

    • You will enter the guides into google maps and then put them into our website. We use SQUARE SPACE and have SOPs in place for this.

  • This position pays $22-$25 per hour

  • You will submit an invoice to us every two weeks. Or you can submit by project. We can discuss your preference.
