Annual Vacation Planning Membership

Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute an agreement between CLIENT X referred to as ("Member") and Mastter Travel. By enrolling in our membership program, the Member agrees to the following Effective January 1, 2025:

Membership Fee and Inclusions:

  1. The membership fee is $2800, for one family living under the same roof, up to 6 people.

  2. Membership is for one fiscal year, January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025

  3. Membership can only be purchased November 15 - December 31, 2024

  4. The membership includes planning for 4 Trips:

    • Trips are limited to 7 days.

    • Trips are limited to one family living under the same roof, up to 6 people

  5. Travel Dates may include up to one additional fiscal year. (Annual Membership Paid for in 2025, Eligible Travel Dates Include 2025 & 2026 Fiscal Year)

  6. One additional hotel-only bookings for 2 people as long as you book the hotel through Master Travel.

    • The Hotel stay must be 4 days or less

    • For hotel-only bookings, no other services will be rendered other than the booking. You can use our concierge service at the rate of $50 per hour.

  7. Customized planning of your bespoke vacation.

  8. Assistance while traveling

  9. Itinerary app and any necessary paper vouchers or tickets

  10. Travel Tips, Packing List, and Restaurant recommendations catered to your likes + destination

  11. Concierge services to make restaurant reservations, spa appointments, etc.

Additional Trip Duration Fee:

  1. Trips exceeding 7 days will incur an additional fee of $100 per day. (Up to 4 Travelers)

Additional Traveler Fee:

  1. Adding an extra person to a trip will incur a fee of $250 per person for every 7 days of the trip.

Booking and Cancellation:

  1. All trips must be booked a minimum of 60 days in advance, subject to availability.

  2. Trip Cancellation policies apply, and fees may be incurred for cancellations made within a specified period. These terms are outlined in Master Travel Terms and Conditions

  3. Trips must be planned within the purchased fiscal year. Unused trip plans do not roll over to the fiscal year. 

  4. Master Travel must arrange 100% of the accommodations, transport, and guiding/experiences in order to run the trip

  5. The Membership fee is non-refundable

  6. Should a trip planning process commence and the client subsequently opts to cancel the trip or change its location, a fee will be applied. This fee will be determined based on the time and resources expended by Master Travel in planning the trip in question.

General Conditions:

  1. Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable

  2. Membership is for CLIENT NAMES

  3. Master Travel reserves the right to modify these terms with advance notice to Members.

  4. Members are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information.

  5. This is a trip planning fee and does not include or apply to any hotel stays, accommodations, transfers, guides, tours, and any and all services that are booked to plan your vacation.

By enrolling in our membership program, the Member acknowledges and agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Master Travel reserves the right to terminate or modify the membership program at its discretion.
