Master Elite Membership

Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your membership and use of the services provided by Master Travel through our exclusive membership program. By becoming a member, you agree to abide by these terms, as well as any other policies that may be provided to you.

1. Invitation Only Membership

The Master Travel Membership is by invitation only, ensuring a personalized and high-quality experience for each member. To be eligible for a membership, you must be 18 years of age, and meet the other criteria specified by Master Travel.

2. Membership Approval and Revocation

Master Travel reserves the right to grant or revoke membership at its sole discretion, ensuring the integrity and exclusivity of our travel community.

3. Membership Fees

  • The membership fee is $3,000, for one family living under the same roof.

  • Fees are due upon signing this agreement, affirming your commitment to exceptional travel experiences. The fee is non-refundable.

  • Membership is active for one year, commencing the day the membership is purchased. It will automatically renew annually for an additional 12-month period commencing 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Travel Dates may include up to one additional year. (For Example, Annual Membership Paid for on March 1, 2025, Eligible Travel Dates Include 2025 & 2026 Fiscal Year {until December 31, 2026} )

4. Pricing, Renewals, & Cancellation of your Membership

Membership rates are subject to annual review and revision. Membership renewals are automatic and will be charged 12 months from the initial payment date. To cancel membership, you shall provide Master Travel within 30 days via email to michelle@mastertravel.org .

If you wish to avoid renewal, please ensure you submit your cancellation request before the renewal date. If you wish to rejoin after canceling your membership, you will be subject to the then current membership rates and terms at the time of reactivation.

If you cancel during the 12-month period of your membership, your membership will remain active until the end of the 12-month period.

5. Guest Policy

For each trip, members are able to plan with immediate family and their significant others. Master Travel reserves the right to charge additional fees for group travel outside of the immediate family. This fee will be assessed at the time of planning and will start at $250 per guest.

6. Membership Inclusions

  • Highest priority trip planning- Your trips, even last minute, will be given the highest priority in our queue of active trips,

  • Annual Ultimate-Bucket List Call- a 1 Hour consultation about your bucket list destinations and how we will make them happen,

  • Ultimate-Bucket List folio- A PDF document outlining the destinations, approximate costs, and how we plan to make it happen for you,

  • Invitation to Virtuoso’s Wanderlist- Discover the world’s best travel destinations and experiences, then add them to your personal Wanderlist. Share your Wanderlist with friends and family or invite them to collaborate with their travel ideas,

  • Unlimited travel planning- Plan as many trips as you like during your membership period

  • Waived fees for last minute trip planning,

  • Reduced Airfare Booking Fee ($100 per ticket, a $50 per ticket discount, when booking Business Class or higher with a package),

  • Personalized Travel Planning including custom itineraries for:

    • Cruise bookings,

    • Four and five star hotel bookings,

    • VIP tour bookings,

    • Activities,

    • Excursions,

    • Transportation,

    • VIP amenities,

    • Access to our partnerships worldwide,

    • Dining recommendations and reservations, and other concierge services such as Spa while planning, with no trip minimum

  • Early and exclusive access to new technologies we may employ.

7. Membership Exclusions

  • Airfare-only bookings will incur a $150 per ticket charge,

  • Master Travel does not use rewards points to book travel,

  • Master Travel has access to a portfolio of luxury villas worldwide but does not use sites such as Airbnb.

  • Group travel outside of immediate family members will be assessed at the time of booking.

8. Trip Cancellation Policy

Trips are fully subject to the Master Travel cancellation policy. Trips are subject to all terms and conditions from our travel providers. All cancellations must be communicated in writing. Trip cancellation fees will be communicated and charged promptly.

9. Last Minute Requests

New requests received after business hours, during weekends and holidays will be handled the next business day. The last minute trip fee will be waived exclusively for members. Urgent issues arising during travel will be handled by calling the concierge on call listed on your itinerary. After Hours calls are still subject to the fees outlines in the Master Travel Terms and Conditions.

10. Booking Encouragement

Members are strongly encouraged to book all personal travel arrangements, including short stays and extensive trips, through Master Travel.

11. Reservations

In order to reserve a trip with your membership, all components of the trip must be planned with Master Travel (with the exception of Air booked with points) through our designated channels. If you are traveling with friends and family, we encourage them to book with Master Travel at a $250 per person fee. You are responsible for ensuring that all travel details with respect to your reservation are correct at the time of booking.


12. Hours of Operation & Contact Information

Members have access to luxury travel planning services during normal business hours; Monday through Friday, 10:30 am -6 pm. EST. For questions about your membership, please contact us at michelle@mastertravel.org .

13. Member Conduct

Members of Master Travel are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner at all times while traveling under the Master Travel name.

14. Team Interaction

Members and their guests agree to treat the Master Travel team with respect. In case of any service concerns, members should report promptly to Master Travel management. We may temporarily suspend or terminate your membership for any conduct that we deem inappropriate, unlawful, or a breach of these terms.

15. Non-Transferability

Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the person or persons whose name(s) appears on our records.

16. Privacy Policy

All personal information collected by Master Travel will be used exclusively for membership administration. We commit not to sell or provide this information to third parties.

17. Terms and Conditions

Travel bookings made through your Membership are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.) and Master Travel’s general terms and conditions located at [terms and conditions URL].

 

18. Amendments to Terms

We may modify, update, or revise these terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes via email. Continued use of your membership after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.

19. Governing Law

The laws of the State of Vermont govern these Terms and Conditions. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Windsor County, Vermont in all disputes arising out of or relating to travel bookings with Master Travel using your membership.
