Thank you for booking a zoom with us! We look forward to chatting!
Check out our “pro-tips” to prepare for our meeting!

1️⃣ START WITH A SHARED WISH LIST: Before booking anything, ask everyone (yes, even the kids!) what they're hoping for. You'll likely find more common ground than you expect — beach time, good food, and no alarm clocks tend to be universal. The wishlist also helps you rule out destinations early and build an itinerary that genuinely excites the whole group, not just the loudest voices.
2️⃣ CHOOSE THE RIGHT SPACE: Shared space is wonderful — until it isn't. Villas, vacation rentals, connecting suites, or multi-room resort arrangements let families be together when they want to be, and apart when they need to be. A shared kitchen also makes a huge difference when it comes to handling flexible mealtimes, dietary accommodations, and spontaneous snack situations.
3️⃣ PLAN ACTIVITIES — AND DOWNTIME: It's tempting to fill every day with something for everyone to do together, but over-scheduling is one of the fastest ways to drain a trip, because let's be real: even the closest families need a break! Aim for one or two anchor activities per day, and leave room for naps, pool time, or wandering. Structured mornings + loose afternoons is a rhythm that tends to work well across generations.
4️⃣ THINK THROUGH MOBILITY: What works for a 35-year-old might not work for an 8-year-old or a 75-year-old — and that's the whole beauty of this type of trip! Check that hotels have elevators, excursions accommodate varying fitness levels, and transportation doesn't require long walks or cramped seating. Flagging these things before you book saves a lot of awkward conversations on the ground.
5️⃣ OUTSOURCE THE LOGISTICS: Multi-gen trips have more moving parts than almost any other kind of travel — multiple travelers, multiple budgets, multiple needs. A travel advisor who specializes in family travel can anticipate problems before they happen, negotiate better accommodations, and save you the hours (and headaches) of coordinating it all yourself. I may be biased, but it's one of the best investments you can make in the trip.
