We typically work with groups of 25+, but we've orchestrated smaller executive retreats. Size isn't the constraint—vision is. Let's talk about what you're trying to accomplish.

8-12 months is ideal for premium properties and exclusive experiences. We've done exceptional programs in shorter times, but that compresses flexibility and increases cost. Earlier planning = better access and better rates.

We work globally—Caribbean, Europe, Mexico, Asia, domestic mountain and beach resorts. The destination depends entirely on your program's objectives and participant profile. We'll recommend based on what you're trying to deliver.

We negotiate as a package—flights, accommodations, experiences, ground transportation. You give us a budget and participant count; we build backwards from there. Transparency matters. You'll know exactly what's included and why.

Yes. That's actually how we start. Tell us your budget per person, group size, and objectives—we architect a program that delivers value within those parameters. We don't pad costs. We design strategically.
If we think your budget is not on target to meet your expectations, we will politely decline the trip.

Master Travel does charge a trip planning fee. This is paid up front and once we begin the work, it is non-refundable. The fee will be discussed upfront and is dependent on the scope of the trip.

Completely. We don't have cookie-cutter programs. We listen to your objective….whether it's recognition, team bonding, business development, or celebration, and design accordingly. The hotel, experiences, timing, everything reflects your program's purpose.

Yes. We can structure it with organized group activities, optional experiences, or genuine downtime. The mix depends on your group's preference and program goals. We'll suggest based on what works.

Absolutely. We build programs that accommodate partners, family members, or solo participants. Pricing adjusts accordingly, and experiences can be tiered—some shared, some participant-only, some for guests.
