  • 1 Year of access to our powerful online booking engine. You can book hotels and cars on your own and receive our preferred partner amenities. Also included in your membership is a free demo of the software.

    Once you book, we will contact the hotels on your behalf to get you VIP perks!

  • All the rates you see are on par with what is available on the internet. You will not be paying a higher price than what is available from the hotel (unless they made a rate-entry error).

  • You may book on your friend's behalf (one time), but we kindly ask that you do not share the password to the system with anyone. 

    If your friend loves the software, please refer them our way, and we can give them membership information! 

  • When you make a booking, we are alerted of the booking via email. 

    We will contact the property before your arrival to ensure you receive VIP Privileges. 

    This will really apply to our preferred partners but we will try and get you special privileges whereever you book. There isn't much opportunity to upgrade at the airport hotel 😜

  • You will receive a confirmation at the email address you entered on the reservation.

  • You can book cars! And our preferred rates will be populated there as well!

    You can't book your airfare through Master Reserve. Sorry, too much room for errors!

  • The purpose of Master Reserve is for you to independently reserve your hotels and benefit for our hotel partnerships. 

    If you have a question that is a quick yes or no answer, we are happy to help! Beyond that, please respect our time and fees may apply.

  • Please email us and we will cancel the reservation on your behalf. 

  • Once you sign up, you will have access to our booking system. You may cancel within two weeks of enrollment.

    If you do not wish to renew, just let us know in writing by email, and we will cancel your membership .

  • Your membership will auto-renew on an annual basis but we will alert you via email before the renewal.
